October photo a day finale.

Never. Again. That was my lesson learned from attempting photo a day. I do take pictures every day but processing and posting is just too much for me. I'd go on and on about how tired I am and how crazy things are but that's life for everyone. People that are like "ohhh I'm just soooo busy" drive me crazy. So is everyone else. Sit down.

Anyway.

Nothing new here I'm just a photo a day fail. I'm okay with that and am in total awe of people who pull of 365 projects. I also learned that I'll most likely stick to a project 52 in 2013. That's more manageable for a frazzled soul like me.

Now that I've got that off my chest let's get the party started.

I love how he models for me and let's me practice my photography. Such a sweet guy with gorgeous eyes.

We went to a Halloween party hosted by one of the lovely MBA wives. The kids had a blast but silly mom forgot her 35mm lens. Sigh. I got a few cute snapshots and a handful of great iPhone shots. Such a good time.

Making the best of a rainy morning.

Last Thursday we attended the weekly social at my husband's school. It was gorgeous out and the kids had a great time seeing their buddies, eating candy, and running around campus.

My husband DJd his school's Halloween party. We had a good time but as you can tell the poor guy was tired. I was some sort of underdressed sailor. When we got home the kids were awake and hanging out with their Uncle Sam who had left the party a bit early. You can guess how fun it was getting them to bed. It was nice watching them have fun with their Uncle though. They were excited.

Hanging indoors waiting for Hurricane Sandy. My husband was home with us all day which was a very rare treat. We had a great time playing games and watching football.
